I’m interested, what are people’s best PvP encounters so far in Classic?
My favourite is the frequent battles that happen in STV. One particular battle involved another Rogue getting ganked by a Warrior on a road in STV. I stealthed and helped him out, only for an enemy Undead Rogue to jump in and stun me. Stoneform + Vanish + Cheap shot, then things were level again. We managed to win the skirmish with a sliver of health left each.
It was great fun!
STV for me too. 2 friends and i teamed up and created some havoc among the horde until the came at us with some decent numbers.
Got tired of being 3 on 1 in araithi so was nice to turn the tables. I will admit i have some rules. I dont kill afk horde and i dont kill horde significantly lower then me. Feel thats kinda gutless
Yeah same here, I try to be honourable. Mostly as a rogue I just mess with people, like sap them fir no reason. It’s fun
a bunch of us were questing around dun modr/thandol span last night
I ordered my elite quest group of randoms to not let any horde pass.
we ended up slaying so many that a couple of skull levels showed up and sent everyone running, they were chasing us around for ages it was hilarious, hiding in buildings and trying to cc them
things that didn’t happen
i killed a hunter that killed me then i started killing a priest that jumped in until some disgusting cheap broken coward class rogue jumped in and killed me, then i stealted up and waited until he was half health fighting a yeti then i one shot him with a ravage crit
that’s what i’d call a victory royale
I got killed by a Shamn 5-6 levels below me in 1K needles.
My best one is killing this Orc warrior called You in felwood, he’s known to be a gold buyer and Chinese leveling services buyer, the chinese guy leveling him didn’t know what to do at 3 am when a level 43 druid jumped him as a 52 orc warrior LOL
I’m loving the random PVP raids that our guild does, so far we’ve done a few in Hillsbrad and just finished one on the Ratchet/STV boat. So much fun to play with people and goof around.
spent nearly 4 hrs in STV today and barely got 2 quests done.

Esterie the level 60 sweaty dies to Chiff the level 45 mage in what was more or less a 1v1, then furiously camps outside Gadgetzan hoping for revenge, but Chiff has already logged off to go be successful at other things outside of the game.
2 hours later he once again attempts to gank Chiff the mage as he heads into Zul’Farak, and once again fails spectacularly.
8 hours later Esterie the disgusting NEET is still online and reportedly doing laps of the badlands looking for people to gank. Note that this is on a weekday morning.

How do you exactly know where he was at 2 hours AND 8 hours after the event happened?
I was feeling in a really vindictive mood so I decided to go defend my NPC brethren in the Hillsbrad Farm area. It was quite fun defending my allies, murdering horde scum and hiding from the multiple level 60s whom were hunting me. Pretty sure quite a few people just left the area or logged off due to me and I call that a win for the Alliance!
Dunno it’s weird hey it’s almost like there’s multiple people in my guild playing at different times of day or something
Not the greatest pvp but definitely my funniest kill so far in 57 levels.
STV I’m low 40s, horde gank squad running around mid 30s to ?? probably 10-15 of them doing STVietnam things as you do. Random late 30s mage ahead of the gank squad running at me, blinks aggressively, I’ve just killed a mob have half a rage bar, intercept, white crit, ms crit, ww crit, mage dies in like 3 globals. Instantly the rest of his friend pile on me and I die about 2 seconds later, but I’m guessing he learned that day, don’t aggressively blink at warriors.
I mean someone res’d him and he carried on thinking he was insertgenericpvpmagehere but I enjoyed it.

I have a level 41 warrior Chopyouup, if he get ganked (which happens a lot) i log on to my Warlock which is always in the Warriors questing area.
Last night a 46 druid Thornmail ganked my warrior, so i killed him 4 times on my warlock. 3 of the times the druid initiated (slow learner lol).
I then went back to warrior and he ganked it again, 20 seconds later im on warlock and kill him as he tries to run (knowing that im logging on lock).
I then chased him mounted to booty bay and for some reason he dismounted at mistvale and decided to open me with a feral charge?? He was that close to getting to safety…
Anywho killed him again and then he rezzed and opened me in cat form because i hadn’t regened fully, i killed him anyway because i had deathcoil and healthstone.
I then followed him to booty bay and shadowed him until he hearthed haha.
Aas pretty satisfying… better than just staying on warrior to be killed by a 46 druid.
