For 1v1 your strategy is to dot kite and reset not to 100-0 burst. I would go with the 40% to bleeds, moonfire and rejuv.
I use that legendary as my main and it’s sadly bugged at the moment ): don’t recommend.
Best 1v1 legendary has to be Oath of the elder druid with resto affinity

It’s not bugged at all what are you talking about? It’s even better now that they fixed master shapeshifter pvp talent for 30% more bleed dmg.
the moonfire portion doesnt work with lunar inspiration or the guardian druid moonfire talent, it could be intended but feels like a bug
Unfortunately they are different spell tooltips compared to the regular moonfire, so yeah that must be intended. Although I am pretty sure it works with the moonfire that is automatically applied with galatic guardian, as this is the highest single target dps legendary for guardian.
figured that was the case, i reported it as a bug hoping it gets answered if its intended or not, i love the legendary but it feels bad seeing my rip and rake doing my top dmg and moonfire far behind because it doesnt work with it
Yeah without the legendary that lunar inspiration did pretty much the same dmg as rake, but the 40% just makes it that much better. Overall the best use of this is in resto spec, doing 30k bleed openers in 12-15 dot windows. But it is still fine for feral 1v1s.
im using it as feral atm and im still not sure if its better or worse then circle of life or death
I am not a fan of that one because it reduces the duration of things and makes for a more spammy build that requires more uptime but it is pretty much the same general idea for a hit and run build.
i personally prefer it since i dislike using bite because of how much energy it uses up, i love focusing on maintaining all my bleeds plus savage roar and biting only while berserk is up
1v1 probably natural order. It’s more defensive but if you survive all their burst attempts you win in the long run.
With guardian affinity Frenzied regen 3-4 times a minute is beyond crazy. Even without guardian affnity your survival is ridiculous.
its not quite 3 in a row when you have to use combo point generators in between the last 2 bites.

if you want 3 bites ACTUALLY in a row, you have to use apex predator.
apex predator proc 15sec duration saved, 5 combo points up–apex proc BITE, 5 combos BITE, feral frenzy BITE.
thats 3 bites in a row. not this tigers fury bite shred shred bite shred shred bite stuff with eye of symetry. that took you 11 days and dude is perfectly fine now completely safe out of harms way gj.
the best 1v1 legendary is Natural order’s Will. All the feral specific and generalized legends are trash.
