Looking for an alliance PVE server to roll on that has people leveling now that I could run dungeons and quest with. Was Horde on Mankrik but didn’t like the toxic community and couldn’t even sell anything on the AH cause was constantly undercut by bots.

Bloodsail, too. It’s a medium pop server … which means it probably won’t have login queues once TBC launches.

Pagle is great but when BC hits there will be at least 5-7 hour queues. I’d choose a server with a lower pop imo

Stop coming to Pagle. The server is way overcrowded and we do not need you here. I probably have over 220 boosters on ignore it has become so bad. Add new ones everyday.

It is, and my first choice if it were not for where my guild chose to go.
I xferred from BB to pagle because BB is a ghost town. Don’t go to BB. Even as alliance.

I have toons mostly on Bloodsail Buccaneers and I can say that the population is a fair bit lower right now, but there are a lot of people coming back for TBC and we are seeing new transfers from other servers who are sick of the heavy farming competition by bots and other players. The nice thing about this server is you CAN farm and when a rare pattern drops, not too many people have it, so your competition is low.
Downside is you will have a hard time selling junk greens or blues, as people are more inclined to focus on BiS or farm upgrades themselves. This means people are actually questing and getting their own upgrades, instead of just straight boosting to 60, so you will actually find people to PLAY the game with from 1 through 60.
It’s probably worth mentioning that servers like Pagel and Mankrik are likely to be pretty overpopulated for phase 1 of TBC.

BB is medium population but is extremely active. It is by far the best server to roll alliance.

I’m on Pagle and it is way too crowded with nothing but boosters and buff/teleport sellers. I’m hoping for free xfers off the server soon.
Old Blanchy is a great cow and a great alliance PvE realm.
Any active Horde based guilds/servers around. I have a few toons on different servers. But, I am more interested in finding an active social/leveling guild/server. Any constructive help would be most welcome.

If you’re looking for a high population server, Mankrik is the place to be. It is very much active and the leveling scene alive (I just finished leveling a 60 mage there myself) but do expect some nasty queues come TBC though.
If you don’t mind sub 1000 population, there’s a few server options listed on the website above. Unfortunately, Alliance is very dominant on PvE servers thanks to their superior racials.
