For a war who’s going to focus on pvp in tbc?

Like 75% of them will because Arena is the real end game.

What profession should I level up though

Unfortunately, IDK all that much about PvP. With that being said, I would assume Engineering.

Blacksmith for stunherald

For Arms PvP? Blacksmith for the 2 hand mace, and if you have a gathering alt Enchanting on your main. You could also secondary Eng but it’s only really good in BG because most things don’t work in arena.

If you do a ton of world pvp eng is 100% bis in TBC,and my god the on use goggles are killer, especially the tbc rocket boots. Just that gear swaps got nerfed in like 2.3 and so did eng items in arena like rocket boots can’t be used any more… Until 2.3 or whatever it was, eng and gear change was the way, but wizards cried because we were immune to their shadow and frost damage. Their QQ epic!

I’d still used reflectors in wpvp. I gear my characters specifically to wpvp. In tbc I’ll just be doing arena for my gearing.

resilience is so damn good vs DoT specs and PvE geared min-maxers, so satisfying.

Enchanting and BS.

But tbc is for sissies, real pros play classic.

Blacksmithing and engineering or mining.

I’d say going stunherald is solid but so is skinning as most hard core guilds won’t be skinning but they will be LW for drums.

He will make bank off of the skinning.

For PvP in BC you need RESILIENCE. No amount of raid gear makes up for this. No crafted gear makes up for this.

PvP servers = Resilience at all times

PvE servers = raid stats in the world and resil for battlegrounds. Or all resil as the gear isn’t horrifyingly bad for open world.

Doesn’t Jewel crafting allow for better gems, and Blacksmithing for an additional gem slot?

It certainly does, and enchanting also adds other bonus stats.

With proper/creative gemming and gearing, and likely enchanting, you can be PvE hit capped in at least S2 gear.
