Just finished the quest for the ring. Rerolled my first gems and got Desirous/Prophetic, then picked up a Storm from the 8th vault.
I think that’s good for PVP right?
They are nerfed by 75% in PvP.

They aren’t worth using in PvP at all, stick to normal stat rings.
