Does anyone know what ores ill be mining from levels 225-245?
Thorium starts at 230.
If you can smelt an ore, you can mine it, with one exception: Fel Iron Ore is smeltable at 275 but requires 300 to mine it.

Ty! Do you use gathermate2? If so, which Thorium do i filter? I see 2-4 thorium options,
small thorium, ooz thorium, rich thorium, etc
Look up each node on WoWHead and see the skill required for each one, and filter accordingly. Often different nodes can spawn in the same locations. I don’t know off-hand what the skills required are for each one. The ooze-covered stuff tends to be in silithid areas so if you don’t have the skill for a possible spawn there I’d avoid it altogether. It’s one thing to ride around in the open and run across a node you can’t yet mine, it’s quite another to delve into a cave of annoying bugs to find out you can’t even mine the thing.

IIRC it’s Truesilver, but you can find this information on on WoWHead. Also smelting works.

Try smelting Mithril. That should still be green. Are you positive you can’t mine them for more levels? Usually when the smelting is green the mining is still yellow.
Truesilver doesn’t unlock till 230
and smelting mithril/mining it only lasts till 225… as far as i know
u mine. smelting stops at 225.

Yeah lots of people mining just keep going back n forth.
Highlands mountains where the Ogars are has lots of good spots for mithril and iron.check the caves
West Plagueland is where I leveled up my mining.
mithril goes grey at 230, when you train truesilver.
