Best place to level at 30 (Grinding, or questing)

Where should I level at 30 kind of at a loss at the moment. Is grinding mobs the move?

1k needles was pretty good as horde

Yeah, shimmering flats is a decent grind spot. The turtles drop greys that sell for 18s or so, on top of the xp.

At 30 there’s a lot of options. STV, arathi highlands, desolace, there’s literally like 6 zones to choose from.
