I went to a starter zone today to try to buy some guild charter signatures and, despite lots of interest (in my bribe to sign), no one could join because they weren’t on my server!!
What’s the best place to find (mostly) players on your own server?
Orgrimmar. Type in Trade Chat and see what happens.

Stormwind, just walk right through the front gate and ask for signatures.
