I look for the answer to this, but seems the latest info I could find is 2020.
But I wanted to know if anyone (especially experienced Warlocks) can tell me which of the specs is best for leveling? It can either be the ‘easiest’ or the ‘fastest’. I just want to get feedback on which one is best for open world and dungeon leveling.

If you’re leveling in dungeons, I’d stay away from affliction, it’s very slow and mobs are going to die before your dots dot anything. Destro would be my first choice with demonology being kinda meh.
If you’re just out and about, doing quests and what not, I think you can probably still ignore affliction and go for destro or demo once again, with destro again being the better choice.
Destruction is one of the most straight forward specs in the game and still allows for you to do well in AoE or single target situations. On top of that you’re plenty tanky with a void walker pet out.
That all being said, I’d just pick what ever is fun, because you’ll get the job done either way, but if you aren’t having fun there isn’t much point.
Probably Demo for dungeons, it gets most of the tools it needs to do solid AoE pretty quickly. Destro doesn’t really pick up until you get the capstone that lets you machine-gun infernals.
Affliction for questing. Most mobs will die to SL > Corr > Agony > repeat
Casted felguard spin cleaves entire packs down leveling, dogs + one hand can be enough for most things pre 60, between dog and felguard cds usually its just fishing for procs/shards and still its fast kills with only demonbolt. Then pulling 4-8 mobs and killing them even faster.
A good place to test different specs leveling is the pirate shipyard in tanaris. You can get pulls of 10+, respawns are nice and if memory serves correct there are no harmful spells / cc cast on you.
Affliction is great for leveling and questing in the open world because you can just run around spamming dots onto everything while your VW tanks them, an added bonus is that if you get DC’d, you’ll often log back in to everything being dead (instead of you being dead lol).
I levelled as Aff in the open world because I can tag everything with instant cast Corruption and AoE everything down while my VW tanks.
For dungeons I go Demo or Destro with Cataclysm talented.
