the rogue order hall set is pretty ninja imo.

A lot of people loved the stormshroud set in classic because it looked ninja. Now it's easy to get since it's the heirloom set. Id check all the tier sets to see if there's one you can farm that you like. https://www.wowhead.com/rogue-transmogrification-armor-sets-guide

I don't really have a good answer for you on a realistic asian inspired "Ninja" transmog. But the most realistic rogue set possible is probably this one:
