The obvious choice is undead. 
I dunno… looks like king of hobos.
Blood Elves are always great-looking.
If you’re looking for something more unusual, I’d look at female Orcs - either flavor - as they look good in many transmogs, have very nice animations, and have a generally rarer look. I recall making a regular female Orc look surprisingly like Madame Hooch - the flight instructor from the Harry Potter movies and that was pretty BA.
