Hey everyone, I’ve been stuck for about 2 hours trying to pick which race or faction to play as a Warrior. I don’t care about racial stats or whatever. I just want to look badass with some nice transmogs. Can anyone help me decide?
Orcs (of any type) are pretty neat. They get huge shoulders and I hear that equals badassness.

I think all the plate mogs look best on Orcs for Horde and Humans for Alliance. Blizzard probably uses Human males as the baseline for designing sets anyhow.
Horde
Upright Mag’har Orc Warriors with something Black or Brown to wear.
Alliance
Female Night Elf Night Warrior with a fallen Darnassus Sentinel look.

Depends on what your idea of cool is.
I like looking like some chick that belongs on the side of a van from the 80s, but some people hate that.
Night Elf Female / Zandalari Male are my vote though.

Ah I see… I’ve always been more of a Horde guy but recently I tried out the humans in Alliance, I don’t really like the way they run and they seem pretty small compared to other races (except gnomes, LOL). I’m stuck between Orc and Tauren honestly because I love how big the taurens are and how they stand out but I can’t stand not having boots…The orcs are pretty cool too but there’s something about their battle stance that just kind of bothers me a little bit…
I’m looking to level a warrior with nice animations and that looks good with some heavy armor transmogs with black and/or red color…I’d play blood elves on the alliance, they got some nice animations but they are too skinny for me

(all of this is IMO)
Human will give you the most amount of visibility for your gear, they don’t have trash posture or weird appendages distorting anything. And they are a bit thicker than BE/VE which lends itself well to the appearance of plate.
Taurens are HUGE your weapon and shield will be HUGE you’ll be a mountain of plate and steel, it’s beautiful 
But your boots are ruined because hooves (remember folks, opinion), your helm is ruined because of horns + snout
OG Orc warriors look great but they hunch so detail around the tummy may get distorted, there’s Mag’Har orc though if you really like the Orc look.
I’m not exactly sure what’s going on with those new undead models but if they don’t ruin gear anymore and have some meat on their bones they may look pretty good too.

I do like the orc but I’m a new player. The only reason I have a lvl 120 is because I used the 120 boost I got with the pre-order of Shadowlands. I’m not even close to unlocking the mag’har orcs, I don’t even know where to start.

Tauren all the way, there beefy build was designed for warriors

Well, if I wanted to be a DH on Horde, did I have a choice? No, I had to be a stupid blood elf, you think I wanted to be? really? BE is FILTH. I can’t even believe I’m actually playing one.
I would say female Orc because they look INCREDIBLE in plate but they are so so noisy. Night elf female would be my next choice because their animations are nice.
But also note as a night elf I wouldn’t just slap a warrior set on them, they tend to look too heavy on their models.
Oh one of the downsides to Tauren is in tight spaces your own body will become an obstacle blocking your vision, you can of course adjust your camera but it is worth mentioning.
Reading all your comments is making me even more doubtful of my choices haha.
Ocs, Taurens and Humans are pretty cool. I’d rather not make a female character because they are smaller in size and I’m looking for something that is still big, not huge but average sized or a bit bigger.
I want my future warrior to stand out guys, for people to look at him and go “WOW! This guy looks cool” , you know? I hate this about myself, I spend hours into stuff like this, I just want to play the damn game, lol.

Tauren plate transmogs look really cool but sometimes the armors seem messed up because of the horns and their big body, when I see some skin being revealed while wearing heavy armor, it’s a turn off for me. (Sorry for the double post)
Well I hate to admit but when I stop and look at somebody for cool factor on alliance it’s almost always a human male with some neato mog. I wouldn’t play one myself though because they are not what I ever want from a character.
