Is hemo spec worth it once you turn level 30? Having the improved stealth, improved sap seems handy where combat doesn’t offer a whole lot. Should a person continue into full sub and get premeditation? Would it be better to go into cold blood? How different is your damage with combat? Should you roll daggers?
Sub is a Pvp spec not pve so if your objective is to level your better off with combat for questing or assassin for dungeon spamming
from the perspective of leveling on a pvp server, trying to balance being able to defend yourself and level.

The best result for a strong Pvp character is a balance between assassination and sub rogue mostly leaning toward the sub tree and grabbing improved gouge for the longer stun from the combat tree, focusing on going toward a hemorrhage point dump build. For assassin try to work your way toward cold blood grabbing improved eviscerate and leathality. for sub working toward prep, serrated blades, and hemo ranks. Since assassin is good for pve as well this works fine for leveling as well
