Teleport on Shadowstroke will help you speed through quest mobs. Soothing darkness heals you in stealth for very little downtime. Sub is also pretty good in dungeons right now, so overall I would say sub.
However, I can say personally prefer to play Outlaw, despite Sub’s benefits. others may enjoy stacking bleeds on Assass. So while I think sub has some advantages, my final answer is ‘play what you want’.
As mentioned above, subs burst, shadow strikes teleport, and soothing darkness healing you makes sub for sure the fastest to level.
The biggest thing I’ve found that impacts downtime is health Regen. Sub>sin>outlaw imo. Sin has leech, outlaw only increase the HP restored from crimson vial.
I’ve leveled as all 3 this expansion and sub is for sure the smoothest an fastest.
