Minimum for the tank should be 31 if you want to clear the whole instance. DPS can be a little lower (29+ IMO), and heals can be lower if the tank is higher.
Bear in mind that the final boss is lvl 34.

All of the quests are obtainable at level 25 except one (which is 28).
But that only means a group can carry 1 lowbie with the quests, if the rest of the group is high enough. I have Gnomeregan marked as 29-30 on my cheat sheet, and I agree the tank should be a little higher.

You should never do any mid level dungeons at all.
Instead, quest, level up faster, and get to the real dungeons.
i dont understand why people want to do gnomeregan or uldaman. they are both huge and boring
always do deadmines, stockades, SM and then when you hit level 52 start going for BRD

Gnomeregan is great if you are an engineer. It is pretty much the only place you can get Fused Wiring.

I first stepped into gnomregan at lvl 60.
Farming engineer schematic is fun… Lol.
And fused wiring of course.

I tell ya I didn’t like Black Fathom Deep. It was so hard to find groups and didn’t really enjoy it too much. Thankfully I was able to get all quests done.

i agree never, but that is because gnomer just sucks in general. only reason 2 go there is if ur a druid and u need the key for later when u farm the mcp.

Engineers need to go there for fused wiring.
That dungeon is a pain if you want to run it once… Low 30’s is kind of required if you want a full clear to go smoothly, but then half the instance is greyed out.
Based on the level span and the way the quests are offered, I think the designers intended that dungeon to be one of the first that was meant for multiple trips. Unfortunately, it’s not the most fun place to be, so most folks run it once for quests only, hence the difficulty of finding groups for it.
Ok then get to 60 then do it for that, no reason to be leveling through gnomer while doing it for that reason
Well i personally agree with you, those dungeons suck, if people have fun in em then go for it.
Last boss of uldaman is fun though, one of the toughest lowbie dungeon bosses.
Gnomer is great as a once through with quests if you can do the skips. And it awards some blues that some folks wont replace till their late 40s.
Uldaman is okay for the same reason, except the level disparity in Uldaman is huge, meaning you probably have to run it more than once to get the quests done, meaning for me, I generally skip it
