Mint chocolate chip is good. I also like to buy green tea mochis with iced coffee.

I make ice cream from scratch.
I make Vanilla with bacon in it. Top it off with Frank’s Hot Sauce.
BTW Franks ads have a line in it like this…“I put that s**t on everything.”

The hotsauce as a topping sounds a bit strange but I get the desire for a bit of spicy for it to compliment the bacon.
I personally have made something similar. The difference is that I mixed in maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper instead of going for straight vanilla.
Homemade Ice cream definitely tends to taste better in my experience.

The best ice cream I ever had was on a trip to New Orleans. I was at Bayonna and the daily special dessert was fresh peach ice cream and it was omg to die for.

About 15 years ago Wall Drug SD, the most delicious black raspberry hard ice cream.
Not sure the company but the place closed, Espresso chip. Deep rich cappuccino flavored icecream with mocha crunchy chips.
Although…can’t eat ice cream anymore and I’ve sworn off all sugar now.
Can’t eat ice cream? That is a travesty.
Is it a physical inability? Because most things in ice cream actually have a substitute these days and with a proper mix of said substitutes can still taste quite good that fills the same role. Unless you drew the absolutely worse straw involving allergies I think technology can bridge the gaps to create ice cream in at least some way.
If it’s a mental thing then I totally understand and mourn for your loss.
