I know a guy with a hunter named Eggo and a pet named Toaster.
Human pet name combos are all over the place, man. This is a trope as old as dogs.
Make a human hunter named Turner and a dog named Hooch.
A hunter named Beta and a dog named Alpha.
Female human named Ariel and a crab pet named Sebastian.
Shaggy & Scooby (name a companion pet Scrappy).
Snake-Eyes and Timber.
Grayson the hunter and Bruce the bat. (or a Forsaken Hunter named Jasontodd and a bat.)
Clark and Krypto.
Joexotic and tame some tigers.
Monsoon with a pet Gorilla.
Etc, etc.
My hunter is named after a star in the Draco constellation. And all my pets are named after constellations that most closely match the animal that they are.
Mine is Osweet pet named PARTYNXTDOOR
So its Osweet PARTYNXTDOOR.
