Which horde race is best for Pally in PvP and M+ and raiding?
Each spec has a different race that’s better for them and there’s not one race that is “best” for every aspect of the game. A safe bet would be blood elf though, arcane torrent is strong in pvp and it’s not bad in m+. The passive crit is also great for m+ and good enough for raiding.
This is assuming you’re holy. You didn’t specify there so I’m not sure. The answer might be different for ret/prot.
The best race for paladin is troll, hands down, because they’re trolls.

I will admit I do have fun Trolling alliance and just generally pissing them off. Although I am Ret Paladin which is a second level of Paladin troll.
Divine Shield + Zandalari Regen spell = Mana free top off, No more bubble hearth of only healing to 1/2 because your oom. But I PvP a good bit.

Tauren for prot, Zandalari for ret, imo. Tauren stam bonus is great for tanking.
Blood elf for ret 100%. Arcane torrent grants 1 holy power, it really helps smooth out the clunky rotation from ret.

Overall, BE. Arcane Torrent, even nerfed, still rocks on.
Zandalari troll is awesome, tho.
Tauren I think it’s too clunky. The extra stun can be really good, however. The extra HP isn’t really that much.
