I know Zandalari are still the new hotness for the most part, but Darkspear Trolls seem to have the best racials overall? Which one do you think is best meta, especially for moonkin, and which one is the coolest overall? Thanks.

For PvE, Darkspear troll. For PvP, Tauren. Warstomp into Cyclone wins games.
Highmountain Tauren ofc. Nothing looks cooler than a Moonkin charging into battle with their racial. The 1% extra versatility helps a lot in both PVE and PVP, and is superior to Troll’s Berserk due to Convoke not being affected by Haste.
But most importantly, it has the best antlers in Moonkin form.

The limited customizations that Highmountain Taren have now makes Tauren with warstomp better imo. Tauren also get the Brawn trait to increase critical strike damage by 2%. So in terms of convoke I think that is pretty good.
In terms of Convoke, 1% vers > 2% crit, since it will almost always crit due to BOAT for the first casts. Furthermore, crit deals way less damage in PvP, and since we already use BOAT on our burst windows, I’d say the extra vers is better. I do agree however that they are really close, and Clonestomp can win games

I guess in terms of “Best” is this in PVE, PVP, or overall.

In terms of Stomp/Clone vs Bull Rush Escape that is a difference of playstale and what ever the situation calls for so hard to say which is “better” However I think stomp/clone is way more effective and used so I vote Tauren over Highmountain.
In the end hard to go wrong with ether or, just wish Highmountain also got the same or more cosmetic options but Blizz said they are done with all that now so. . .yea.

your race does not matter, just choose whatever’s coolest.
Yeah I go by cosmetics and Zandalari / Kultiran are best for me. Most high res forms by a mile
I haven’t personally been victim of a Clonestomp (nor I have played it), but I understand that is very good. I play a lot of RBG too, so I guess thats why I give the bull rush more importance than the stomp, its more usefull there. Both are BiS though! Cows rule

Depends on what your here for. Some want to Min/Max a bit so don’t rain on that dream.
PlAy wHaT yOu WaNt ,yes you can play what ever you like, but that doesn’t mean that different racials come out on top in different content.
Ya I do some mythic raiding and 2100 pvp so i kinda needed a bit of both worlds so High Cow was perfect for me 
In an RBG setting I can see how Bull Rush could be more vital. At times running out to live longer is more important than a stomp/clone.
I find Tauren as a whole with Stomp to be more useful. It gives much needed AOE stun to to the class no matter what spec, though I see it more useful for Gurdian/Feral. (M+ and in Battlegrounds for that Stomp/cloan) I’ve also used it in world quests to stun things to get my baring back and survive.
I swapped to HM right away when they released, but it was short lived. I just couldn’t stand the antlers clipping through so many of my shoulders.
