Would the best Helmet Enchant in Phase 1 be the Lesser Arcanum of Constitution due to Dire Maul not being available?
Is this a repeatable item that can be obtained, what is the process or options to obtaining it if so?
This is treated exactly like a Repeatable quest (blue question mark). So, you don’t even get a quest to track and simply turn in the quest to receive the item.
There will be several options (presuming) available at the beginning of Phase 1:
- +100 Health (Constitution)
- +20 Fire Resistance (Resilience)
- +150 Mana (Rumination)
- +125 Armor (Tenacity)
- +8 stat (Voracity)
Obviously, the best one will depend on your class/role/etc, but generally you may want the raw +8 stat because this can be enhanced by other spells such as Kings/Songflower/etc.

The libram is unique so you can only have 1 at a time but you can repeat it for multiple enchants after you turn in the libram.
As for best helm enchant, that depends on the spec. There’s more than just HP.
