Probably depends on your play style. Someone else may have a specific fury build but it may not flow with your play style.
Best thing to do is get on your fury warrior go to the training dummy and test out what abilities work for you.
Which means reading the abilities and their description, and seeing what options you want to use. It shouldn’t take very long since you last played 3 months ago, not too much has changed outside of adding smf and few baseline abilities.
How so? Is there not a build that’s more or less suited for whatever I choose? I realize one or two talents can be moved around based on min/maxing for raids/dungeons/pvp, so for someone like you who, instead of being constructive and TRYING to help, you’re just another troll (pun-intended), let me be a bit more specific:
Is there a catch-all talent tree setup I could use that more or less could be a generic setup. If not, what are the talents to avoid and why? Are Fury warriors simply hitting like a wet noodle? Are there specific talents that you, as warriors, have seen synergize better together than others?
It seems like there are more options to enrage via talent tree, do y’all feel like our playstyle is pretty smooth? Or does it feel more choppy than ever and why? Specifics are welcome, please. Thanks!

Typically someone who wants the best build, is someone looking to use that best build. But “best” depends on context and scenario.
See, this is pretty different from a “best” setup.

The link Derez sent you has talent setups for open world, raiding, and M+. The trend you’ll notice is some are very powerful, but lose power when target swapping. That’s generally the theme you’ll make your choices based on.
It was during BFA and it remains so. Definitely a bit slower now, some people like that, others don’t. Maximizing enrage uptime takes a bit more micromanagement than it did before.
We’re undertuned currently but there’s no M+ or PVP season and no progression raid. We’ll be buffed by the time there is.

What’s the priority when using reckless abandon with raging blow and bloodthirst? Do they actually do more damage?
They’re replaced with stronger versions of themselves. More damage, rage, lower cd, etc.
Also the new Raging Blow, Crushing Blow, gains a pretty decent charge, similar to Execute with Death Sentence.
I just checked and it also works with things like Cruelty, which means huge Crushing Blows while enraged that hit almost as hard as Execute.

If you pay attention, the only time Derez makes anyone look dumb is if they’re actually being dumb. He also never actually personally insults anyone. People just assume he does.
Derez is actually incredibly helpful in correcting errors and pointing out misinformation, as well as providing sound information. It’s just in 2020, people can’t appreciate directness and, when incorrect, don’t like the brashness associated with being called out for being incorrect. Stop being sensitive and listen for a change, you might learn something.

ya the thing is this is a video game forum , not a politics forum, theres no need to nitpick everything, like if i read this, i would tell the guy the all around best fury warrior talents, or just give him the best for pvp and pve, instead of typing that nonsense trying to make themselves seem like some video game forum deity, and you further his ego thinking this is a normal way to talk to people when you make posts like this.
Yeah, it’s a video game forum and most people come here looking for information to improve their gameplay. Believe it or not most people want a solid answer backed by numbers, not your generic “play what you like” nonsense.
