Best Frost Set-Up

Hi all,

What is the best Frost build for raiding in EP and is it competitive with the Fire Spec ?

I need to make a choice of which spec to make Condensed Life Form level 3 first.

I think its the no ice lance build that’s simming the highest for frost mages. Youll want 3 FF traits for it. Don’t take my word for it though. I swapped to fire when EP came out and havent kept up with frost as much as i should have.

Uhh condense works for all specs.

I see that you have to level it for both fire and frost. I mean ilvl 1-3. Unless I am missing something. Please let me know.

You shouldnt have to level it for each spec.
