Keep in mind that these are all the answers for today. The Corruption affixes coming next tier will throw a whole new layer of permutation into the mix, plus there will be another Minor Essence slot to unlock.
One thing I’m keeping a close eye on is the greater affixes that deal damage based on a percentage of your own health. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an offensively oriented Prot build based on having a couple of those and Anima in a minor slot.
