Hi, guys. 
I’m working on a hunter and am raising his Zandalari engineering. However, I wanted to ask what are the best engineering items (new and old) for PvP? PvE? I’d like to know what to work my engineering towards before I invest the time and gold further. 
Goblin Glider to escape, sometimes. Nitro boosts to either run somebody down or escape, sometimes. That’s the only two I use on my engineer. I believe there is a knife that can rezz, sometimes.
Do you think Nitro Boosts are better than BfA belt enchantments?
It’s been a while since I did a bg and tried to use my engineering items, I thought they disabled some of them for use in bgs.
I believe they did disable them. I suppose by ‘PvP’ I meant ‘WPvP.’
Oh!..well then…I use everything I have. But the glider and belt tinker for speed are major, imo.
I was reading on WoWhead that these nitro boosts seem to failed a lot more often now than before BfA? Can anyone give me an idea how frequently they indeed fail? Also, what happens when they do fail?

They usually fail when you need them the most. A lot of times they’ll shoot you straight up into the air and a parachute will open to land you softly. Sometimes the parachute doesn’t open and you’ll die if you don’t use your goblin glider. I usually go ahead and pop the glider, so I can glide away from the area I was at. As far as the rate of fail, I’d say 20%. Just a guess.
I wish they would update flintlocks woodchucker
I thought they broke all of them because someone died in PvP.
Better to run away and come back at an advantage rather than die to your enemy.
This…at least it doesn’t do direct damage like most times that I use the bombs to open up lockboxes.
The belt tinker shoots me up in the air…I’m guessing about 1/3 of the time I use it.

I completely forgot about that. Which expansion’s engineering is that from?
In my experience, the nitro boots will work 85% of the time. It’s only like 1 in 25ish times you’ll either rocket into the air (Which CAN be useful sometimes) or you’ll get a pretty nasty DoT. As a rogue, I have to CoS that DoT, cause it really hurts! Still more worth it than not.
Engineering has a lot of nifty gadgets for certain situations… Only real recommendation is for you to figure it all out organically.
