Outside of Hardcore, the best server from what I can tell is Whitemane, but it’s a west coast server and my latency is noticeably higher there.
whitemane is the only answer if u wanna pvp and now would be the time while people are still leveling in this wave

Classic Era PvP East has two clusters to choose from: the 5-realm cluster of Benediction, Faerlina, Heartseeker, Incendius, and Netherwind and the 8-realm cluster of Earthfury, Herod, Kirtonos, Kromcrush, Skeram, Stalagg, Sulfuras, and Thalnos.
Incendius is my native realm so I reside in that cluster of 5. It’s a quiet community; what type of PvP experience are you looking for? In terms of open-world PvP that would be exceedingly rare here. Instanced PvP aka Battlegrounds is a different story. All of the North American region is connected for the purposes of BG queues.
PvP ranking all the way to High Warlord is possible but on lower pop realms like this it really helps to communicate with others in the world that share that same goal to make the grind less intense.
