The one you can stomach running through 30 times. It’s nice if you can get out of the dungeon easily too. Shattered Halls is off my list for that reason.
I did magisters terrace on a couple of toons.
Mechanaar would be good I think. Mana Tombs. Sethekk Halls.

Update : Seems like mechanar doesnt give any thunderbluff rep at all even with tabard I think it may have to be old world dungeons to get thunderbluff rep but not entirely sure, so still open to suggestions…

I think it has to be your current level dungeon to gain rep using a tabard.
So basically you are stuck with bfa or legion dungeons, which you can faceroll too.
Definitely did this with mechanar a couple of weeks ago. Should still be working fine right now.
Do heroics of old wrath dungeons, it still gives alot of rep per kill. I think other expansions also work but I seem to remember there was a reason to do wrath specifically…

Generally when I am trying to maximize faction rep I start with a low level dungeon like the Deadmines and work my way up.
Running the same one over and over is tedious and irritating.

Were you exalted with the rep in that dungeon. It may be you need to do a dungeon you are already exalted with the faction in order to get the other rep.
I’m doing this on my Goblin DK - basically I start at one and of Northrend and work my way to the other side running all the heroic dungeons. Those I found (at least for me) give the best rep for the least amount of effort.

Run the ones in, Uldir(?) because there’s 3 close together with lots of trash, and then the 4 by Shattrath…Auchiduin (so?). Just did it on a Tauren and Gnome recently.
Remember to empty your bags as you’ll get a lot of crap you can sell.
It definitely was working with Old Dungeons and Wrath dungeons just gonnat try out Wrath dungeons for a while and see how it goes FoS, PoS seem to be the place to go since they have a lot of mobs.
BC dungeons usually are the best. Unlike other dungeons, you’ll always get the full rep no matter if it’s low level. Normals should give rep up to revered and heroics give rep up to exalted. And that’s in addition to their own faction.

Botanica is easily the best.
I just ran all 3 Tempest Keep dungeons for Thunder Bluff rep. I am level 120, selected first heroic and then mythic difficulty, and of course wore my TB tabard. The Botanica gave the most TB rep–about 2500. Arcatraz gave second most–about 1500. Mechanar gave about 1000. Mythic and Heroic seemed to yield about the same rep points, but Normal gives very little. Botanica and Mechanar respawn the mobs pretty quickly, who can be killed again for more rep (bosses can only be killed once a day).
oops–I just tried Normal difficulty, and for Thunder Bluff, the 3 Tempest Keep dungeons give the same amount of rep for Normal as for Heroic: Botanica gives 15 per trash and 300 per boss; the other 2 give 7 per (most) trash and 300 per boss. so level 120s can definitely get TB rep from these dungeons.
Do you have the Tabard equipped?
I am trying to collect rep as well: As of Prepatch to Shadowlands
BFA gives 400 rep per boss kill only.
BC: gives rep to certain dungeons only.
Mana Tomb/Aucherai Crypts give no rep
Sethekek halls/Shadow Lab= 20 rep per trash / 400 boss
Underbog/Steamvault =20 rep trash/400 boss
Slave pens= No Rep
Classic: Wailling Caverns = 4 rep trash / 80 boss
Rep only goes to 99% revered have to get the last 1 % somewhere else.
