Best dps class for bfa?

What, in your opinion, is the best class for general leveling bfa? I want to get into raids and dungeons, and I don’t really care for warlocks, since they generally are quite slow, I think. Anyone have any prefrences that they enjoyed leveling through bfa?

I am just looking for something that is fun to play and gives out good damage, and also good in pvp. Just needed some thoughts. Thanks

all of them are at the same level of boring

monk and rogue is pretty fun

People don’t want to pug you for whatever reason. But Shadow Priest feels really good right now, everywhere.

Honestly, however. Havoc DH is probably the best for everything, even over powered to an extent, and it’s easy.

I’ve dipped into a few classes. Warriors are great for leveling. Fury was able to solo 3-5 man quests. Havoc is nice too. Glide is addictive.

Survival hunter. Great AOE, comes with a personal tank, can use a CD to attack at range, and has decent CC. Just my $0.02

Best class for a huge chunk of dps? I’m actually considering dh… they seem addictive

The toolkit feels good, as does the flow of the rotation. It’s hard to mess up, but everything works cohesively.

But you’re practically a tank in the world with very strong burst DPS windows that are on a short cooldown.

And the mobility is fantastic. Glide is hard to live without on other toons.

Rogue is really boring and squishy to level compared to a lot of classes. Especially sub/sin. Outlaw can actually pull multiple mobs when cooldowns are up but it’s pretty hairy at times.

ty all for your replies! very helpful

I have played resto shammy since legion. I switched over to enhance just to try it. I never had tried it. It’s not my favorite class. It just feels so smooth and fun.

Monk pretty much fits all your criteria. I was genuinely surprised how much I liked the class now. I hadn’t played one since Mists.

I think Havoc DH was probably my fastest DPS class/spec to level; it just burns through mobs. However, it really is a very simple class to play, so it kind of got old for me by end-game. My top fav at the moment is my sub rogue, because it feels very fast-paced (until you run out of shadow dance charges, anyway =P) and responsive, and provides a bit more challenge than my havoc DH, BM hunter, etc.
