Best DPS addon recount or skada

So I’m currently using skada on my monk but I noticed that it keeps recording after the npc is dead sometimes for 5 more seconds which destroys my dps. I’m thinking of downloading details or recount. Is there any way to set up the addon to stop recording after the npc dies?

I haven’t used Skada in years, but Details was the best when I swapped. It doesn’t record for a few second after combat, though I’ve never seen a dps meter do that.

Details is by far superior and won’t keep recording after a mob dies unless your still in combat with something.
