I was with a friend last night testing it out. He was a rogue and I was a paladin. Even if i started casting a heal off before he even attacked me, he could kill me before i got it off.
We both came to our own conclusion that rogue was definitely the way, especially blood elves to interrupt potential heals going off lol. Thanks for the help 
Another good thing about the rogues is during the free for all meatfest, we plan to just stealth on the side and watch everyone slaughter themselves lol
