Which covenant could be the best one to fill the mount collection achievement? I still don’t know if most covenant mounts will be exclusive or if they add progress towards mount collection achievements account-wide.

Probably Ardenweald. I think that technically has the most mounts, especially early on. But if you’re really serious, the best answer is to have alts for all 4 covs.
