Best class match for heritage armor?

Just wondering what people think are the best matches, class wise, for each race’s heritage armor?

Example = Dark Iron Dwarf HA looks awesome for warriors. Priests, or Rogues…not so much.

My goal before 9.0 drops is going to be to level one of each allied race (except for Nightborne because Suramar is one of the worst designed zones for both quests and layout ever), and if I have time, a Tauren as well. (I also don’t play semi sentient squeaky toys, so no gnomes.)

As for Zandalari and Kul Tiran…at least the first ones of those for me are druids. Why? Because Druids are aweseome, espcially when they are dinosaurs or spooky wicker animals.

Just my opinions:
Dark Iron = warrior with paladin close second
Mag’har = warrior with hunter close second
Void elf = warlock with priest close second
Zandalari = paladin with druid close second
Kul’Tiran = rogue
Nightborne = mage
Tauren = warrior/hunter
Blood elf = mage/warrior

For Lightforged Draenei I vote priest.

Gnome = DK, of course.

NB Mage Arcane.
VE Hunter BM.
But Shaman as Enhancement was fun.

Dwarf, any class. Well, my dwarven priest looks a bit odd in the outfit, but hey, he’s a dwarf, his dress sense is virtually nil compared to a gnome…

I love my zandalar troll and my BE heritage sets quite a bit

Highmountain hits hunters better to be honest.

Cause that belt has some sweet bolas on it.

Someday I’ll figure out what heritage armor means (seriously, I have no clue), but considering the vast majority of armor (and weapons) looks like disgusting collages of shapes and colors, I suspect that heritage armor in fact looks like garbage to me.

Vhivi -

All allied races, if you level them from their starting point (20) to 110, without paying for a boost from Blizzard, have transmog sets that can be transmogged on to any armor type. They thematically fit the allied race, and are just a cosmetic reward - no stats on them. The only one I’ve unlocked so far is Dark Iron Dwarves, and it’s very heavy plate looking…and as such kinda goofy on a clothie.

Blood Elves, Tauren, Dwarves & semi-sentient squeaky toys…er…gnomes, have had heritage armor sets released as well. For a core class you have to have a level 120 of that race that is exalted with their home faction and complete a short quest chain.

I personally found it hilarious when I did my BE heritage armor quest on my BE death knight, as it involves flashbacks to when Arthas was attacking Silvermoon. Haven’t done the other core races.

Mag’har Orc - Shaman. Their armor has a very tribal feel to it.
Nightborne - Mage. Needs no explanation.
Highmountain - Druid. Doesn’t really fit any other class.
Zandalari - Warrior or Paladin. Definitely a plate look to it.

Kul Tiran - Rogue. Scoundrel/pirate.
Void Elf - Hunter. Can’t resist the pet and void bow plus their leader is a “Hunter.”
Dark Iron - Paladin. The armor matches the class mount perfectly.
Light Forge - Paladain or Warrior. The set looks like plate.

Blood Elf - This is a tough one. That armor doesn’t really speak to any class specifically. I would go with Paladin with the dress and Hunter for the pants. Those two classes are just iconic for belves.
Tauren - Shaman. Between the cinematic and WC3 I would say definitely Shaman.
Gnome - Hunter. Gun + mechanical mount + mechanical pet = too perfect
Dwarf - Warrior. No question.

To be honest this heritage set makes my Rogue look like a Thuggish fairy.

for tauren, i thought brew master monks were cool because you can be a medicine woman/man

It’s really amazing how people either think suramar is terrible or the best zone, no in between. I’m in the camp that favors it. Suramar was the most fun I have ever had, and I completed it during BFA on my toon that was capped at level 110.

I hated Suramar until I could fly and then I really loved it.
