Depends on how serious you’re trying to play. Their tank racial is unironically good for M+ but at the same time Dwarf is just better at everything with Stoneform. For most DPS specs playing a Vulpera compared to top races is usually like you just unequipped a piece of gear. Dwarf VS Vulpera for Frost Mage for example is literally a 4100 dps difference on a passive that requires no interaction whatsoever with 2% increased crit damage 
. That much damage is more of a dps gain than I got from going from Vault 421 4p to Aberrus 441 4p lol.
