Best Class for PVP Battlegrounds as a Noob?

Been playing Wow for long time. On various characters and classes I have tried to play PVP in Battlegrounds matches. I did have fun to a degree but my playing time was limited. And
I always felt kinda outmatched in whatever battleground I was in. I always play as Alliance.
So to be honest Horde usually beat us (Alliance) up most of the time.

This was some years ago. Was thinking to play Battlegrounds again. But not sure what the best class would be for me to play as. I play Wow as a very casual player, so I’m not
really into knowing the mathematics behind a character’s abilities, etc.

I just want a class that has good survivability and is viable in most Battlegrounds matches.

So my question to you is. In your experience and opinion, what would you theorize would be a good overall class to play in Battlegrounds PVP for a totally PVP Noob ?

Druid. You can heal, dps, or tank. Also, when you’re low geared and not keen on dying fast in uneven fights you can use stealth to be a pest capping graveyards, towers, blasting people off cliffs and bridges with typhoon, and such.

Go marksman hunter, bind half your keys to barrage and the other half to backpedal. You are now 90% of hunters in bg’s.

Rogue.

All other benefits aside, being able to pick your fights is the best.

also get the knock back and camp a cliff side lol

Holy paladin. Just heal people and win.

I understand that at different times different classes change as flavor of the month. But what I’m looking for is a PVP class that has always been viable as a general consensus.

DH. Been doing RBGs a lot lately and I get killed by DH despite their play mistakes. It’s just faceroll. Havoc DH good Dps and I have on good authority that Vengeance is good for flag running, though I imagine Tank DH flag running is harder than Havoc DH base sitting. Just press your buttons and everything dies. Doesn’t matter if you’re pressing the right ones.

The general consensus is hunter. After that it’s warrior or DH and possibly ret. Don’t play rogue or druid as a noob, big nope.

Bm/mm hunter, destro lock, dh are the first that come to mind

Honorable mention to ret, spriest, ele

Rogue, you can always just run away

Once someone finds out you’re a “noob” they’ll bypass everyone just to kill you, ironically enough. So whatever class that has stealth and/or range is best.

Hunter… they’re the pub stompers. Also rogue, because they’re just overpowered and easy to play.
