Best class for leather transmog farming

Curious to hear thoughts from Demon Hunters, Druids and Monks.

I’d like to do some leather transmog farming and I’d like something fun to level up along the way.

I won’t be doing any raiding. Will probably hit a few dungeon groups as I level but for the most part, this will be leveled and used for transmog farming.

I feel like Hunter is the best leather farmer lore-wise.

Hunting and skinning animals is pretty fitting.

Druid no question.

Travel form, cat form and stealth.

Bonus if you play night elf you can shadowmeld to drop threat and you can heal yourself.

Transmog farming. If just general 'mog farming I’d say Warrior because they can equip the most different types of weapons which means they can unlock more. But of course they’re limited to unlocking only plate armor.

For leather, Druid I’d say. They can unlock more weapon types.

Vengeance DH

From an efficiency standpoint, druid is probably the strongest, especially balance druids. They have really good AOE, can heal themselves, and have a lot of quality of life perks (Instant mount, can skin things in flight form, and can stealth)

Druid.

Boomkin. Instant cast aoe with no cooldown.

Bump.

Super interested in any other opinions.

Druid. Large variety of weapons to unlock to pair with Leather.

Sprints. Ranged Abilities. Heals.

Are you talking about legacy content or current stuff? The old stuff I normally run my dh with the high mobility or my rogue who can stealth pass all the trash. If current you’d probably go with Monk, Druid, Or Dh.

Stealth is a big deal. I always run old content on a guardian. Cat form is fast. I actually have a guardian that somehow ended up with 171% movement speed in cat form without actually trying to do that.

I’m going to agree with druid. Stealth + mobility + easy AoE.

My standard for old content is Boomkin with Feral Affinity. Feral affinity gives you the passive movement speed, so you can just cat from through the instance a good speed (not to mention extra bursts from dash and stampeding roar.) The range on swipe in balance spec is pretty impressive, and swipe doesn’t need a target. It’s not as good as it was before pre-patch due to the target limit, but it’s still the best option if you want kill stuff as you are running through. (And if you gather then kill, boomkins have that covered.)

I came here to say this.

Nelf all the way.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback.

Druid it is.
