People whine and cry in forums, but when you’re looking to fill slots, class/spec doesn’t matter so much.

Trutz. Class matters less then overall performance. In leveling groups, I’d take a ret pally who understand threat and knows how to play his class any day of the week and twice on Thursday over a rogue or lock who don’t understand threat, or who run away from the tank when they get aggro, or need on everything that drops.
