Which class does the most AoE damage in ashrhan?
Aff lock or balance druid
A melee class because they get double the hp and 50% increased healing. They only die when they choose to.
DK with the disease legendary should be pretty high as well.
I feel actual takedowns are more useful for the team, and Marksmanship Hunters should beat everyone there.
a rot necromancer spec’d unholy dk, but i may be a bit biased on that.
destro lock. free 20k bolts all game. i mean not aoe dmg but the best dmg
Balance Druid by far or MM Hunter
DK. Unkillable class with the ashran buffs. Can single-handedly turn an entire fight around with abominations limb.
Lock/MM/Boomy if u want ranged.
Me MM hunter. Hold my beer when I get the AA too.

Tied between MM or Survival.
Having the turtle panic button and baseline freedom/mobility is very important to prevent dying if you have AA and are facing a team with decent DKs trying to coordinate chain grips on you.
One does extreme damage with AA but loses access to the melee road buff, and also requires the full 4set to do the amount of cleave damage it’s truly capable of. It does however benefit from the Sharpshooting Guide, allowing it to sit in tower and harass anyone that pushes to their F2.
The other benefits from road buff, does a disgusting amount of rot pressure with serpent sting/bombs, and with AA their bombs can annihilate people in stacks if the bombs are benefitting from 4set in any form.
Frost mage does really well. If you get AA, and are specced to aoe, the damage is outrageous lol. I have so many 50 kb games on that map.
Does survival get the road buff?
Yes. Benefits from anything melee-related.

Kinda interested in this play style. Can you recommend any guides or share how that build works? Does it play somewhat ranged with some melee? etc
its basically my current unholy build, and you play melee or ranged depending on the situation, but there isn’t like a talent swap, when you want to switch from ranged to melee, you just move in and swap from reanimation to FS/CS/apoc. while the build is essnially all purpose and can even tank in a pinch, its primary intended playstyle is as a caster disrupter and AoE rot. smart use of epidemic will punish enemy teams for grouping up and playing tight. right now i have it combined with the nightmare leggo which gives DnD a chance to fear anyone it damages. combined with the shorter CD and growing size of defile, and the 90% slow of grip of the dead, you trap people in defile and it fears them, atm im also using a pvp talent to give me 2 charges of defile, meaning that i can keep defile up 60% of the time.
oh and just when the fears end, in come zombies with a AoE stun and 10% HP in shadow damage, meaning they can’t be ignored. you know how everyone is screaming about destro locks atm? chase one around with reanimation, either he spends all his time single targeting zombies or when he stops to cast chaos bolt in comes a line of zombies with stuns.
