Best Chromie time for dungeon queues?

I’m wanting to level a healer solely by spamming dungeons, and hoping someone could tell me which xpac (if any) is the most popular for the quickest dungeon queues.

I haven’t done it in a while, but historically it was BFA (New players/not chromie time)…with Cata and Legion also being pretty fast.

After 15 mins it puts you into every timeline so i spam BC wotlk and mop for the dungeon quests on top of dungeon xp

Usually pop quick enough

Cataclysm Chromie Time allows you to queue for “Classic” (Vanilla) dungeons. I have always found this pool of dungeons to be the fastest for queue pops and XP. It offers the widest variety of dungeons and most of them have quests for extra XP and gear.
