I want to start getting into PvP. What’s the best race for Arms warrior? I was leaning towards Tauren for their crit bonus, stun, and resistance.
Orc is always a solid choice. Tauren isn’t terrible. BE is alright for purge. Idk about zandalari yet, I guess their regen racial is situationally good if you’re pillaring big CD’s like infernal and incarnation.

Why not try a Light Goat? Their mini-vindicar cannon racial -> Avatar -> Warbreaker -> Bladestorm -> die and then explode into damage and healing sounds pretty good.
I’ve never regretted making my Draenei Warrior. Armor looks ace and that but that Heroic Presence: with Gift of the Naaru: is pretty solid. I pref Fury myself.
I think enjoying your character model and animations will boost your win rate more than any racials.

I assume you’re primarily interested in BGs because this is a BG forum.
So I have to say Kul Tiran because of the amount of map control offered by a knockback. You can global people at nodes like Lumber Mill and EoTS middle, and otherwise remove them from fights at high-elevation areas (SSM lanes, WSG roofs, etc) with Haymaker.
If we’re talking Horde, I’d go Blood Elf to get access to a purge. Otherwise, Orc for Stun Resist.
Any Dwarf race or Z Trolls.
Any class that isnt Warr. Warr sux

trust me man, he doesn’t want to help his targets kite him! Also doesn’t need another stun dr. Additionally he’s talking horde as he’s asking about tauren lol…
War stomp is pretty eh for warriors. Stun dr sucks… Orc is by far the best. Stun resist and additional damage burst cool down. Hm tauren looks interesting but I’ve only used it at level 20 and it’s kinda wonky.
My assumption with an Arms War, thus 2 hander, slower speed, harder hits…
…Orc, for Blood Fury buff / marco for bigger hits.

If you have half a brain you will know when and when not to Haymaker.
If you have less than half a brain you’ll easily Dodge haymaker and therefore pick a better racial 
Part of knowing when to Haymaker is using it after CC so your target can’t move.
I don’t care what anyone says I find War Stomp underrated and useful!
Especially being a Ret Paladin, being jumped by 2-3 melee, needing to get away to heal/los, so I HoF/Warstomp/Charger. Same thing for trying to peel for a healer and HoJ is on CD.
Even if it shares DR I’ve had it come clutch with a HoJ/War Stomp combo with getting a final blow on a healer.
Not saying compared to BE’s racial it’s equal, but people who use it wisely know what will do when you need to make a desperate move.

That and Cairne was the bomb! In wc3 he was my favorite lol…
But yeah situationally in a bg warstomp is okay… Mostly if you’re getting mass mauled lol
Remember the good ol’ days where Cairne would knock a little twerp Alliance out of the ballpark in Thunder Bluff?
