Everyone says gnome or nelf, but why not dwarf? Doesnt stoneform make the fight vs rogues winnable? How about the armor increase? Is stoneform just not very good as warrior?
I personally think IF I ever mained a warrior I would want to do it on a Dwarf just because they look pretty stout as Warriors…BIS in my opinion, however I think the reason they aren’t chosen more for pvp isn’t the fact that Stoneform is bad as it is nice against Rogues but I think Rogues aren’t the biggest problem for Warriors…Mages are! And for that reason Gnomes I think take the Cake because of Escape Artist.
Look up Monkeynews and Executus gaming on Youtube or Twitch and you’ll see some high level warrior play and both of them roll Gnomes as Alliance.

Situational, I suppose. If people are saying Gnome, they are probably thinking about breaking roots/nova, which is great, but not so huge if you’re with a paladin and have BoF, or are poppin’ FAPs.
What do you mean when you say “pvp?” Is it 1v1 dueling? Is it vs. specific classes? Do you mean in BGs solo queuing or with a group?
All of the racials are pretty nice, and useful depending on the circumstances, and I don’t think there’s a clear winner if you take all things into account, but if resources are of no concern and/or you’ll always be in group play, then it probably doesn’t really matter.

If you are making an effort you can be successful on any race.
Gnome is amazing because escape artist is just so good. Slows are everywhere, and being able to bust out of a nova, hamstring, crippling poison, etc. every 1 min is so nice.
But all the other racials also have their moments to shine. Stoneform out of blind, humans can catch rogues / druids easy, and elfs do elf stuff.
I do think Dwarves are cool looking because wide shoulders and displaying plate gear nicely. But im not opposed to gnomes. Just want to make sure i roll a warrior that can hold its own in pvp. BGs mostly. I dont have a Hpal friend, my buddy plays healer but its Resto Druid.
The other racials that Dwarf have which I think are pretty underrated…Find Treasure and 10 Frost Resist which are both nice added bonuses!

The best Alliance race to play is Orc because they bonk other Alliance on the head.
Can a gnome warrior beat a sub rogue? Or do we rely on Stoneform to beat them?
I’ve played Gnome and I can honestly say escape artist is huge. One of the biggest weaknesses of a warrior is getting snared/rooted. Yes, Dwarf racials are competitive, but I still give the edge to - escape artist.

I hate getting kited hy hunters, mages, and rogues. So im glad to hear that
Gnome / Dwarf depending on your style and desire / lack of desire to use consumes.
Which is funny because so many of them are human 
(I know they did it for weapon skill)
Perception is really useful for catching a druid in cat form which is death. Dang human pallies.

Because pala is already basically immune to blind, sheep, poison and break on damage CC may as well pick the racial that works.
weapon skill is kinda meaningless tho because pala melee is not all that great in PVE without some insane gear and its still not spectacular even if so.
I meant the warriors pick it for the wskill.
Separately, getting hammered in stealth as cat is the worst.
DUDE getting picked in prowl is horrible and makes me sad.
Convinced me, I made a human pal. Maybe someday I’ll BoF Akko’s warrior.

Giving freedom to a geared Zug or dispelling a frost nova is potentially the most satisfying thing in the game. Letting those lil devils be free is just so amazing. I like to keep an eye out for anyone with a light dot like rank 1 pain, then put sac on them and basically be fully immune to sheep, sac, blind, sap, gouge, trap… I will even watch for hunters who look to be laying a trap and run up on them to bait first the scatter and then the trap… With any luck I get both and then my zugz are free to do evil things.
Pala is so OP, you have no idea; and even more absurd is Holy reck, you can heal like a god because you can put healing gear on, don’t need to worry about spell pushback, and imp consentration aura helps you VS mages big time, also helps the other casters.
BoP’n shadow priests and locks is also immensely powerful so is cleansing dots / FF off rogues who you know the enemy team hates.
That is the real power of the pala, its all the OP tools, and its easily the most OP class in game because it scales so insanely well with team play, but you’re very dependent on team play. That’s where “Reck” comes in, if you don’t have team mates put on the zug suit and wait for suckers while you cleanse / fredom / BoP and throw some light heals… With any luck you get a hunters pet like a cat that feeds you zugtacular damage for some poor suckers to get 1 shot.
Reck Ret is also good, just that the healing is more challenging due to the annoying fact that you gotta dodge every single kick… If spell pushback was not as aggressive in this version of the game I would say Ret Reck is BiS, tho it is BiS if you don’t have a team to support so there is that, but if you do have healing gear it can still heal insanely well just gotta really be good at LoS’n the casters because lots of them use kick bots.
The best race is the one that had a pallie standing behind it.
Humans probably the best but it dont matter that much in the end.
Honestly i really hate fighting gnomes.
The problem with Stoneform is for some reason you take dispel damage from Unstable Affliction when using it against an Affliction Lock, basically ruins them currently
Amazing that stuff gets through…
Escape Artist is great, but its impact is diminished slightly with the cast time and FAPs.
