Best addon for pvp? In 2s who should I be dpsing? Healer or FPS?

You’re basically pve’ing a target into the ground so with addons there are a lot of overlap with your pve addons. Some of the ones I use are

  • omnibar - I make 2 dif bars. One showing offensive/defensive abilities. one showing cc. Knowing when the hunter is about to trap your healer for you to reverse magic or expect the next kidney shot go is very helpful.

  • omnicd - just shows your teammates cds. If my healer is out of defensives then I know I need to be getting to him to drop darkness.

  • gladius - shows enemy arena frames and DRs

  • weak auras - learn how to use this addon. It helps you over the entire game and across all classes. You can copy some of the other setups but I just make my own.

  • threat plates - I had to tweak a few settings like make sure certain totem nameplates show up but I find this one very useful.

Those are my main ones. I’m sure there are others and maybe someone with more experience can come through and give more advice.

For who the kill target is, I try to go healer most of the time in 2s. If I can’t keep up with them like some amazing monks or a ghost wolf shaman with a dk partner spamming chains then I will swap to the dps to make sure I’m always hitting something. Once I get my mobility back and the healer pops his head out then I swap back to him.

DH dps is retarded op so always be sure to be hitting something.
