I really thought Hpal arms would be a tier to stier.

So first of all no one is whining . 2 don’t group me with anyone. I simply thought Hpal arms would be on the list. 3 stop starting stuff.
These are Gladiator (2800+) 2v2 comps discussed by the highest level players (top 0.5%). For the top 5% of players (ie: 2400+) Hpal + War is viable.
Looking at the ladder 2400+ (1246 total players)
For the masses - if you want to get 2400+ in arena… looks like you choose Holy Paladin + (Destro/DH/Rogue)
Also - the melee have started creeping up with the 2nd round of Gushing on vendor. At this point, the meta is about as stable as it will be (ie: everyone has the corruptiont they need/want)
Personally - I think ineff truth being left as is has pushed Hpal higher than ever… and Blizz decided NOT to nerf it. Go figure.

MW has no options other than to go pure Vers.
Hpal can go full gushing and/or ineff truth and/or Vers if needed. (Ran into Borngood who was running full gushing in 2s at 2300 yesterday)

Yah, sorry. As the guy said, these are their thoughts on gladiator range. There’s a s**ton more viability and diversity lower down despite how annoying dh/destro/assn/fire is.
I’m guessing he means because DH is so self sufficient the resto can stay alive really well with 3x pack spirit.

Its not that warriors are bad they just are not great in 2s because they a very outclassed by ww, dh, rogue, and lock. As a healer it is significantly easier to win games with the classes above and climb. Path of least resistance. When I have qued up on my Hpal its so much easier to win without the warrior. Unless the warrior is geared to the teeth.
from my experience mw is just a considerably easier healer. My highest rating in fact was on mw, like as hpal you have to manage Cd’s pretty efficiently or you’ll find yourself with nothing left during a go. I guess ineff stacking makes that impossible lol.
But ya MW I just stood max range channeling soothing mist and whenever they burst I press enveloping or cacoon and we live it

Hpal dmg is vastly overtuned and they have a cd to stop almost every go. Only thing they lack is movement but they aren’t nearly as bad a punching bag as disc.
They are way better than every other healer in 2v2
eh mw is not that far behind, hpal cds are just so strong combined with ineffable
NA mw is way worse. MW does a fraction of the dmg of a hpal and dosnt have as many get out of jail free cards
I’d wager that MW does as much damage as an h pal if the added damage from the debuff counted paired with a warrior actually. I wonder if there’s an add on that could estimate that
I mean… arms/hpally is pretty bad in 2s. Pretty much any arms/healer 2s comp is probably low B tier almost C.
Sure. Doesn’t change that a lot of warriors (Doze brigade), complain not only about everything, but often the wrong thing.
