I get the code BLZ51901016. Ive had this problem for a few days now. Im playing Shadowlands. It ran just fine the night before and just like you i went to bed and woke up and its been like that. Blizzards support system sucks.

I moved your post to a new thread so we can troubleshoot your issue separately. Have you tried any of these steps? If so, would you be able to provide a DxDiag so we can see what’s happening?

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
