Nope mythic raider complain because of how good benthic gear is and the amount of rng required for it. We dont care if people dont doing mythic gets it. But atm it’s some of the gear is so powerful that a 420 w/ socket rivals a 445 mythic gear

It’s an unpopular opinion but it needs to be said.
The amount of daily work to roll an ideal piece is monumental.
(I had to buy ~100 bracers before getting the right one with a socket)
And then it starts at 385, so further work is required to upgrade it. (Days or even weeks of tenacity)

It’s ironically, for mythic raiding. 
But my heart goes out to non mythic raiders.
Peeps without a guild or skills or time to get some 1337 gears.

I don’t think I’m a genius for having worked this out by the way… but where exactly are you comparing to mythic raiders using benthic? The gear only functions at comparable strength levels in the Nazjatar questing area and… the raid. Are you joining their mythic raids?

Only in the current raid. Come next patch it wont be competitive.
Mind you, that you do get more tankiness as well, and arent dependent on a zone like benthic gear.
