Hey guys, I’m trying to help my mom with the quest “beneath the veil”. in stormsong valley. The quest asks us to dispel tentacle things in pots. However the pots contain no tenticles. O went onto towhead, comments suggested a phasing issue from other quests. We dumped all the quest other than the one we are working on, and still no tentacles. Any ideas?
Sometimes removing quests from your log won’t fix phasing issues. If that is indeed what it is, you would have to complete the questline that is causing the phasing issues.
I would do what the top comment on wowhead says for the quest. (Sorted by newest first). They have a link to check if you may be on a certain questline that would phase her.
I did everything wowhead suggested, and the quest still won’t work.

Wow head does have a work around. Plus please don’t necro a year old thread. Please start your own. And yes for me it was a passing issue and completing the surrounding quests fixed it.
I just dropped the quest, it hasn’t changed. I still can’t figure out.Where the quest phase is affected.
Quite often dropping a quest will not fix a phasing issue. The quest actually MUST be completed for the phase to revert normal.
