So, totally new to Horde storyline and working through Western Plaguelands.
Sylvanas had a DK dragged away to somewhere beneath the Undercity.
What’s there exactly and do we get to see it?

Well I don’t know but it was a prison and place of experiments.
That’s kinda cool.
Really enjoying the Horde perspective on some of these areas, wish I would have made an alt here sooner.
OLd news . The DK in question is one of the quest givers in the DK starting zone after you rescue him. Been around since WotLK
If you do the Legion quest line for the DK Class Hall there is a quest to rescue him.

the first in the battle for Undercity(WLK)
And the second when we rescue Koltira.
The under the undercity bit isn’t really as “under” as it sounds. It’s just the basement/dungeon area in the apothercarium.

As with the other cities, the Undercity in lore is likely way bigger with more dungeons and catacombs. In game though, they basically just stuck Koltira in a closet.

You mean when do you get to find him and see the prison? That would be during the DK quest line in Legion, when you go to recruit him.
Otherwise if you mean what quest do you see him get taken, and that would be Battle for Andorhal, and you get told to come back after doing some other quests and when you finish it he gets taken.
Sylvanas shoved him into a room, strapped him to a chair and forced him to watch: “My Little Pony: NSFW” Edition.
All I know is we found that dude shirtless in a dungeon.
