I’m trying to put together a mog in the theme of an overburdened mage that carries around way too much gear. I’m looking for a belth with potions or scrolls or other doo dads like that attached to it. Are there any ou there that fits the bill?

(side not was seriously annoyed when i found out it was on the chest slot and not belt)

unfortunately the only belts that i know match your wants precisely with potion/poison vials and pouches are the leather ones from Antorus and Castle Nathria raids, with the below options being the closest i can find for a cloth wearer

Renowned Explorer’s Canteen Pouch - has a canteen on it, it’s from recruit a friend though

Not as plate, Cloth and Leather have them though.
Cloth belt with potions for example, this is only for Horde.
Well there is a plate (in terms of item type, not actual appearance) model belt that comes complete with a knife, pouch, and and scroll.

Again, though, it looks like studded leather, it is a plate belt (somehow), so not helpful for mages.
I was thinking this too. The set from Darkshore warfront has the vials. I used it on my alchemist warlock. I liked the look.
If you were horde, there’s the Plaguebringer’s Cord.
Things like this are such a good argument in favor of nixing armor limitations for transmog. 
So much plate that looks like leather, cloth that looks like plate, mail that looks like leather…
