If a belt that is an essential item is introduced, likely to not be replaced most of the season, WHY on earth are we getting belt pieces as loot when we could be getting actually something useful?

Because you’re not forced to get the belt. And for players that don’t want it, they still need a loot table.

Because the tier set Transmogs include belts, so they need a way to get those models.

Because the belt is 701 and replaced by a 704 with good stats for me

Cuz people love belts
Belt stats suck, it is worse than comparable ilvl unless a proc lines up with your cooldowns.
I want Suspenders of Certain Doom. 
Belt is good for some classes more than others. And only up to a certain point.
Because the DISCO belt doesn’t last the entire patch for some classes.
You can never have too many shoes or belts! 
Because it WILL be outclassed eventually?
Because there ARE returning players that didn’t do overcharged delves?
Because there WILL be new characters instantly bumped up to 80 via level boost once the Midnight pre-orders go live?
Is that enough reasons?
Because the belt is from S2… cloaks in the vault, that’s something different that actually warrants complaining.

I prefer gurenteed stat than procs plus higher ilvl equals more stamina and primary.
