This ability in torghast just simply doesn’t work…
It’s supposed to cast divine toll when avenging wrath begins and ends and it just does nothing.
Belt of Mawsworn Avenger Rare… I have the same issue, Torghast ability that just doesn’t work. It hasn’t worked for a long time. ( should have posted on my Pally )
