When I look in my tailoring “journal”, it says that the source for the Belt of the Archmage pattern is Knot’s cache from the (new) “Free Knot!” quest in Dire Maul. Could someone please confirm that this is actually true?
I do realize that RNG is R but after running DM many times and only getting the LW recipes (and Happy Fun Rocks!), I’m wondering if this is wrong. I saw in the PTR patch notes that the LW recipes, Ogre Suit, and this tailoring pattern can be looted in Knot’s cache. However, the official release patch notes only mention the LW recipes and Ogre Suite, not the Belt of the Archmage pattern. So now I’m not sure what to believe.
I’m aware that the Time-Lost Trader sells this pattern. I’m just wondering if it is also available via the Free Knot! quest or if the pattern’s source in the tailoring journal is wrong.
