so… does Blizz just hate levels 1-9?
It is far more apparent in some classes more than others, but you get almost nothing you would actually use.
Hunters for example, you get feign death, aspect of the cheetah, disengage, hunter’s mark… meanwhile the only useful spell is at level 2.
what person below level 10 is going to need these utility spells?
rogues are another example, though that’s more so an energy problem that isn’t solved until much later than 10 anyway.
It just seems that with some classes, you just get useless junk. And with all allied races starting at 10, it just seems they’ve left all the base races behind for those first 9 levels.

The base races should have the option to start at level 10 with starter gear, for sure. My biggest gripe is not being able to set my UI how I want during 1-9. Grates on the OCD. And no reason for it.
